Ursula manages our Chile office and is responsible for the development of our offer in Peru. She has over 20 years’ experience in transport planning having worked across different disciplines, from transport policy and appraisal to demand forecasting and behavioural data collection.
Ursula is an expert in directing traffic studies for major private finance infrastructure projects including highways and ports. She has also led projects related to freight and logistics, transport strategy and transport policy. Ursula has experience working for both private and public sector clients in Latin America, mainly in Chile and Peru, but also in Colombia, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil.
